Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but we do offer store credit for eligible returns.

Store Credit Policy: Claims must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and can take up to 14 days for a decision. Products must be returned in their original state—unwashed, unaltered, and with the bundle wrap intact.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Ensure you verify the length and texture of your product before submitting payment to avoid delays.
