All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Store Credit – Approval Only

Store credit may be issued only in the case of a fulfillment error, such as:

β€’ Wrong item received
β€’ Incorrect length or texture shipped

Store credit will not be issued for:

β€’ Buyer’s remorse
β€’ Incorrect selections made by the customer
β€’ Installation or stylist-related issues
β€’ Used, worn, altered, or tampered products
β€’ Normal shedding or wear after installation

48-Hour Claim Window

All order issues must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, customers must:
Β 1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Β 2. Provide clear photos of the item(s) received and packaging
Β 3. Include their order number

Once reviewed and approved, we will coordinate directly with our fulfillment warehouse. If the claim is verified, store credit will be issued.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
